It is hereby announced for the information of the public, particularly owners of branded commercial and company vehicles in Delta State, that the Delta State Signage and Advertising Agency (DESAA) has appointed Sacham and Sons Nigeria Enterprises and Anotec Integrated Services, as agents for the sale of the complete set of Signage/Mobile Sales/Advert Operational Permits for the year 2022 in the state.
By this appointment, production and sales of signage/mobile advert sales/advert operational permits by unauthorized persons is hereby outlawed, and any person or group of persons found in the production and sale of these permits will be visited with the full weight of the law. Religious organizations, however, are exempted from paying for mobile advertisements on their vehicles.
Members of the public, especially business owners, are by this announcement advised to ensure that they obtain their year 2022 Signage/Mobile Advert Sales/Advert Operational Permits, as strict enforcement on compliance will be carried out, and any defaulting vehicle will be impounded until payment is made.
