WTO: Okowa congratulates Okonjo-Iweala
Delta Governor, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, has congratulated former Minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, on her emergence as Director-General of the World Trade Organisation.
