Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Thursday, said the state government would soon award contract to deflood Warri Stadium and environs. Speaking during inspection of discharge channels at Ogbe-Ijoh market, Governor Oborevwori said all the drains around the stadium were not flowing because they were blocked by refuse.
